AHMED MUSE ISMAIL
Ahmed Muse Ismail is a strategic management and institutional development practitioner with experience in academia, curriculum development, professional training, strategy development and feasibility studies. He is a PhD candidate in Strategic Management and Policy Analysis at Mount Kenya University. His current research examines strategy implementation practices and the performance of public universities in Somaliland.
His advisory interests include strategy formulation and execution, institutional performance, the Balanced Scorecard, monitoring and evaluation, Theory of Change, leadership development and higher-education improvement. Through VERGE, he brings together academic insight, facilitation and practical tools to help institutions turn strategic ambitions into measurable performance
